EPS/EPP
Development and moulding of complex EPS and EPP parts

What this solution offers
If you need EPS or EPP parts, we can help with both development and moulding. We specialise in manufacturing highly complex parts – as a result we only need to mould a few parts to obtain a complete product.
During the moulding of EPS and EPP parts, steam is used to expand and foam the plastic beads, which is why we produce the tools with thin plates and core- and steam valves to release the excess steam.
We engage in close dialogue with the customer about part design, and with our knowledge of tool manufacturing, we can mould the exact parts that the customer needs. No task is impossible.

Key Benefits
- EPP: Lightweight: EPP has a very low density, which can reduce the overall weight.
- EPP: Impact resistant: The material is highly impact resistant and ideal for protective packaging and collision protection.
- EPP: Resistant to rain and chemicals: The closed cell structure prevents moisture absorption.
- EPP: Thermally insulating: Resistant to high temperatures.
- EPP: Recyclable: EPP is easy to recycle.
- EPS: Lightweight: Up to 98% air
- EPS: Thermal insulation: Excellent insulating properties.
- EPS: Water-repellent: EPS is not completely waterproof, but it is water-repellent.
- EPS: Inexpensive: A very affordable material.
- EPS: Recyclable: It is possible to recycle EPS, but not to the same extent as, for example, EPP.
