At SP Group, we are committed to maintaining an open and responsible culture where serious concerns are handled quickly and appropriately. Our whistleblowing system allows you to report serious issues safely and confidentially.

What can you report?

You can use the system to report serious matters such as:

  • financial crime or other legal violations
  • bribery, fraud, or misuse of company funds
  • serious breaches of safety, environmental rules, or workplace regulations
  • sexual harassment, severe discrimination, or other serious misconduct

Minor issues – such as general conflicts, salary matters, or everyday workplace disagreements – should be handled through the normal internal channels.

You may report anonymously

You decide whether to disclose your identity. All reports are handled confidentially by our external law firm, DAHL Advokatpartnerselskab.

How to submit a report

Submit your report through our secure whistleblowing portal: https://sp-group.integrityline.com You can describe the incident in detail and – if relevant – attach supporting documentation. You will receive confirmation that your report has been received.
