MedicoPack and SP Meditec use extrusion blow moulding (EBM) and injection blow moulding (IBM) to create sterile vials, drug-delivery bottles and technical reservoirs in volumes from 5 ml to 30 l.
Class 7 & 8 cleanrooms ensure bioburden control, and automated de-flash and leak testing guarantee zero-defect delivery.
Multi-layer parison heads allow EVOH or post-consumer recycled barriers. Real-time thickness scanners adjust parison programming to ±0.05 mm, maximising material use.
